Dissatisfied with Poor Service

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I took my car there to have a diagnosis done for the overheating problem. The people that work there are not knowledgeable at all. They have you paying for one thing and then another thing happens. They take your money and the service sucks. I could not get in touch with the service rep for 2 days. He was never available.

My last horrific experience was when I took my 2017 Nissan Maxima in for an oil change on 7/11/2020. I dropped my vehicle off and decided to leave it. I picked my vehicle up close to closing. I drove home I noticed my front sensor on the driver side kept going off. It was the end of the day on a Saturday, so I had to wait to Monday. I left messages and showed up on Monday at the dealership. I'm pretty sure Mark McHenry the service manager received my messages before my arrival. When I met Mark he started asking where did I purchase my vehicle, have I had any accidents in it, and then he even said my hood looked as if it had been replaced. My whole sensor was missing. I explained to him that nothing was wrong with my vehicle when I first initially brought it in for service. If something was wrong why wasn't I notified or why was it not on my vehicle inspection. In Mark office I told him several of times that my vehicle was only there for a oil change and that was all I needed. Not to mention I didn't even get a oil change sticker. I told Mark he can look at the cameras because I assured him that when I came in all of my sensors was working and installed properly. Mark looks at the camera and say," he sees where I was missing my sensor when I first brought my car in for the oil change"....ALL LIES! I asked for him to show it to me, and then he acted as if he was trying to enlarge the picture and then it mysteriously disappeared. I don't understand why Mark wanted or felt the need to play with my intelligent. However, my vehicle was taken to the back and supposedly my sensor had fallen in my bumper I guess. They fixed my sensor but then I noticed that it didn't look like the right side. I complained and he put a ring around my sensor so it could look similar to the right side. I noticed that I had a scuff mark on my vehicle but I was to pissed with Mark for insulting my intelligence and was ready to go. I will NEVER go to Conyers Nissan AGAIN!

BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES

The worst car buying experience ever. beware ,what you see on the internet is not the price you'll pay, lots of jackup charges and fees. if they voluntary to bring the car to you and you drive the car to test drive back to the dealership. that's a set-up. when I got there the sales contract was already fill out waiting for my signature. I was never given an opportunity to read over it the sales pitch got worst. the sales went almost 8,000 over the list price. they included things that I didn't need nor did I ask me. a customer shouldn't have to be treated like this. my issue hasn't been resolve. the GM will not return your call and the sales Manager Alex will give you the run around. His word is let me get back with you.

Ordered Part

I am not a satisfied customer. I have been to this dealership twice and the last time will be my last due to them not ordering a part I requested and was told it would be in on Monday. So I call back Monday no one ordered the part and to call back Wed. I did as I was told and Wed no car part was ordered. The service person stated he would be off Thursday and to follow up on Friday, I called and left a voicemail on Friday and I have yet to have a return called back. This is the worse service I ever received from Nissan and this location is the worst.

Shady finance department and no customer service.

The finance department will trick you into buying coverage that you don't need. It takes forever to see someone when you have questions or issues and they never answer the phone. The receptionist only sends you to voicemail. I hate that I ever dealt with this dealership. Lesson learned!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! First, I received several calls from this dealership asking me to come in person and talk to the salesperson "Alex" so I finally decided to make an appointment to come in person. I spoke with the salesperson "Alex" and he told me that he would be working late until 9pm so he made an appointment for me. I even received a follow up call confirming my appointment with "Alex". When I arrived at the dealership, I was *** rushed by the agent, Bruce Doss. I informed Bruce that I had an appointment with "Alex". That's when Bruce told me "Alex" left early and he would be helping me. I drove over 60 miles to this dealership to see "Alex" because I explained my situation and "Alex" told me he would be able to get me in a car. I was so frustrated that he was not there, that I was about to leave but the salesperson Bruce said that he would help me get a car. I waited for TWO Hours and in the end, there was no deal. This dealership is horrible and they waste people's time. The salesperson Bruce was very rude and very sarcastic so customers BEWARE OF BRUCE DOSS!!! I would never recommend this dealership to anyone! They sell your information as well to third party companies. Please take heed and don't give your business to these scam artists! Never talk to these two sales reps because they are extremely rude and unhelpful! BRUCE DOSS (left) and DURELL HARIS (right).

Customer salesperson Darrell Harris was extremely rude in his presentation to my husband and myself. He was pushing my husband verbally to sign a finance paper, without him or myself reading it. It notated a used car Nissan 2012 that my husband already spoke he was just looking and specifically for a different type of car if it was there. When I said I wanted to read papers first, he was abrupt about why should I read it and when asking him questions he didn't like that either and did not answer specifically. He didn't want to hear what was said to him. My husband looking for a particular type of car,if the dealership had it. Basically he argued why my husband should sign papers, without looking at any car yet. There was a specific car written on finance paper, a car my husband didn't even want period.

I took my car in for a routine maintenance check but when I left my car started making some funny rattling noise. I have a 2014 just to remind you. When I brought it back it in and told them that something was wrong they acted as if they knew what happened and did absolutely nothing to fix the problem. Turns out a bolt holding my exhaust pipe was taken out...hmmm very shady

ABS Service Diagnosis - Completely Wrong!

I took my car in to Conyers Nissan because of a buzzing sound coming from the front of the car when I applied the brakes. Their diagnosis was that the rear axle bearings were bad which caused the anti-lock brake system to erroneously apply the brakes (keep in mind the noise was coming from the front of the car). They wanted to charge me $1400 to replace the REAR axle bearings (I'm convinced that wouldn't have fixed the problem). I wanted a second opinion and I took my car to another shop. The technician at that shop diagnosed the problem as a failed ABS sensor on the passenger side front tire. The sensor was replaced which solved the problem at a cost of $215 total. I did some research and the service ratings for Conyers Nissan have been poor over the past six years and I will never take my car there for anything other than oil changes and that's only because it's close to where I live.

TWO NEW TIRES & OIL CHANGE

I asked service mgr.to put the new tires on the rear and I wanted to keep my old used tires.and he said ok. when I got my car back they forgot to rotate the tires from the rear and insulted me by giving me two old tires that were worn completely out and were a different size and brand than what i had on my car.I asked for my tires back because I had something specific to do with them. I guess they thought I wouldn't notice. this may not have been done on purpose but it was *** poor business practice. sincerely Roland Wyatt
